Most dolls are made to order with a processing time of approximately 5-7 days (excluding those in the Ready to Ship section, which are dispatched either the same day or the next.). If I could give Ivory Reborns 10 Stars I would five just does not seem adequate. This doll is beyond any doll I've ever held. The detail in craftsmanship and the hair. The veining the chunky little skin. The baby little cheeks is amazing. I will continue to buy from Ivory reborns. I bought a Tia about 14 days ago. And I put in another order for another. Tia yesterday. I'm not a doll collector. I have a daughter and now she has twins. Thank you Ivory reborns. I love you.

Dreadfully packaging

The doll was delivered in most unsatisfactory state. The flimsey cardboard box was barely held together with poor quality.selotape I don't anticipate ordering any more!

Thank you for your feedback, the boxes leave me in perfect condition however there have been some issues lately with EVRI not taking care of parcels the way that they should be. Thankfully the boxes have done their job and no babies have been damged in transit howevever I have since made the decision to switch courier to DPD in order to try and eliminate this issue going forward.
