Shipping Information

Most dolls are made to order with a processing time of approximately 5-7 days (excluding those in the Ready to Ship section, which are dispatched either the same day or the next.). All orders are sent from the UK using DPD Next Day Delivery for UK customers and UPS Express for international orders. Tracking details will be sent via email once your doll is on its way. Every reborn is carefully packaged to ensure a safe and beautiful arrival.

Repeat buyer but sadly no more

I emailed twice about my purchase and had no response. I also received a very damaged unsecure parcel after spending a lot of money I expected it to arrive in better condition

Thank you for your feedback, the boxes leave me in perfect condition however there have been some issues lately with EVRI not taking care of parcels the way that they should be. Thankfully the boxes have done their job and no babies have been damged in transit howevever I have since made the decision to switch courier to DPD in order to try and eliminate this issue going forward. I dont have any emails from you please double check the email that you have sent to or message me via my online chat and i will be happy to assist.
