Processing & Shipping – Ivy Reborns (UK)

At Ivy Reborns, each baby is prepared with love and care. Most dolls are made to order, and require roughly 1-2 weeks processing time to ensure every detail is perfect. In some cases, orders may be ready sooner — feel free to contact us to check availability.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders follow our standard processing times.

📦 UK Shipping

We offer fully tracked and insured shipping services to ensure your reborn arrives safely:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – FREE
    Tracked next working day delivery after your order has been processed.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1 PM) – £20.00
    Guaranteed next working day by 1 PM after dispatch.
    Standard processing times still apply unless agreed otherwise.

All UK orders are carefully packed in double-walled boxes with protective bubble wrap. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order ships. (Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.)

🌍 International Shipping

We proudly ship FREE worldwide using fully tracked and insured express couriers.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days, depending on your location. All orders are securely packaged to ensure safe arrival.

💰 Customs & Import Charges

Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These are determined by your country’s customs office and are beyond our control.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned, we will deduct any return shipping and/or customs fees from your refund.

🎁 Need Your Order by a Specific Date?

If you're ordering for a special occasion (like a birthday), please let us know at checkout or email us. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless confirmed with us before purchase.

🚚 Delivery Delays

While we dispatch orders as quickly as possible, once handed to the courier, delays can sometimes occur due to weather, customs, or logistics. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases. All shipments are fully tracked.

📭 Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate with the courier and update you as soon as possible.

❌ Order Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our dolls, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of ordering.

  • A £15 cancellation fee per doll will apply to cover preparation, materials, and admin time.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as production will have begun.

💳 Chargebacks & False Claims

If you have an issue with your delivery, you must contact us directly at ivyreborns@hotmail.com so we can resolve it.

Filing a chargeback or claim without contacting us first is a misuse of the dispute process. We fully investigate and dispute all fraudulent claims, including false non-delivery reports, and may take legal action where appropriate.

All parcels are tracked and insured. Claims of non-receipt where tracking shows delivery will be reported to Action Fraud UK, and recovery may be pursued through the Small Claims Court.

  • Ivy Reborns dolls are collectible art dolls and are not intended for children under 14.
