Ordered one of these lovely Luna dolls for my daughters birthday in August. Firstly service was brilliant.. I did ask a couple of questions regarding delivery etc and was kept up to date. Luna arrived and honestly don’t know how I managed to put her back in the box! She is so lifelike and the attention to detail from head to toe is real quality.
