Shipping policy

Most babies require up to 7 working days of processing time so that we can get your baby just right for you; although we strive to get them out even faster whenever we can. Some babies are occasionally available sooner — just contact us to find out which ones. All orders are subject to the same processing times unless discussed otherwise.

 

We recognize that the delivery experience is as important as the fantastic products you’ve chosen. Rest assured, we’ve got you covered! We exclusively use tracked shipping services, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey all the way to your doorstep.

 

Please include any special dates or birthdays for which you are planning to receive the reborn. We will do our best to dispatch in time; however, this cannot be guaranteed unless it was agreed upon with us prior to ordering.

UK Orders

All UK orders are sent in a double-walled packing box, fully tracked and insured via DPD UK Next Day Delivery at the cost of £4.99. We also offer Special Delivery (Royal Mail Next Day delivery guaranteed by 1 PM) services for £20.00, which can be selected at checkout. Please note that processing time will still be required for Special Delivery.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been despatched. Please check your junk folder as often emails can end up there.

 

International Orders:

International orders are sent in a double walled packing box, fully tracked and insured express delivery and usually arrives within 1-3 working days.

Please note that any customs charges or fees associated with your purchase when ordering from outside of the UK are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in your country, and unfortunately, we have no control over them. Additionally, any delays in delivery caused by customs processing are beyond our control. 

If customs charges are not paid and your order is returned to me, any refund will be reduced by the customs charges that I would need to cover myself.

When shopping with us and having items shipped to the United States, you can enjoy duty-free entry for orders valued under $800. This means you won't need to pay additional customs duties or taxes for packages with a total value of $800 or less. Just be sure to keep track of the value of your purchases to make the most of this benefit and avoid unexpected charges.

Delivery Delays

Please be aware that any delays in delivery for your order are outside of my control once the package is handed over to the courier. Factors such as shipping route congestion, weather conditions, and logistical challenges can occasionally affect transit times. While I do my best to process and dispatch orders swiftly, I appreciate your patience and understanding if unforeseen delays occur during shipping.

 

Order Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we can accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. However, please note that a cancellation fee of £40 per doll will apply to cover the initial preparation and materials used for your order. After 24 hours, the production process will have begun, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

While we cannot guarantee changes to your order once it has been placed, we encourage you to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that changes may not always be possible.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon being posted on our site. Your ongoing use of our services and placement of orders after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
