18 inches long, His limbs, head and body have all been weighted by hand with fine glass beads and super soft stuffing to weigh around 4lbs. He has mottling and veining to his skin for a realistic look. He has a cloth body, vinyl limbs/head, acrylic eyes, eyelashes and painted brown hair and eyebrows.

Holding him feels like you are holding a real newborn baby, he has floppy limbs and a heavy head. He is NOT just a standard dolls weight.
