At Ivy Reborns, every baby is lovingly handcrafted with care, which means each one takes time to create—especially during busy seasons like Christmas. Whether you’re planning a magical Christmas surprise or a birthday gift that will never be forgotten, timing your order right is essential to avoid disappointment.

🎄 What’s the Current Processing Time?

Right now (August 2025), our average dispatch time is around 2 weeks from the date of purchase. This applies to our made-to-order dolls and gives us enough time to finish, assemble, and package your baby with the love and attention they deserve.

But as we get closer to December, demand skyrockets—and so do wait times.

⏳ Why Does the Lead Time Increase Near Christmas?

In the weeks leading up to Christmas, orders surge. Because every doll is handcrafted, there's a limit to how many we can realistically produce each week. As slots fill up, the dispatch date pushes further back—sometimes up to 4–6 weeks or more in peak season.

If you're hoping to adopt a reborn baby in time for Christmas morning, it’s vital to order early.

📅 So When Should You Order?

Here’s a quick guide to help you plan:

Our Christmas cut-off varies year to year, but it’s usually around early to mid-November for made-to-order dolls. After that, we can’t guarantee delivery in time for the 25th unless you choose from our Ready to Ship collection.

🚚 How Do You Ship?

We use DPD Next Day Delivery for UK orders and UPS Express for international deliveries. Once your doll is ready, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your baby’s journey home.
